Access & Parking Revenue Systems
IDentiTRAK

The first of its
kind in the industry, IDentiTrak is a fully-remote, long-range
asset tracking tool uniquely linked to access control, providing
increased asset security and unparalleled loss prevention.
IDentiTRAK provides:

A Lock-down on theft
By assigning specific assets to cardholders, IDentiTRAK
effectively monitors movement of tagged assets and cardholders
within buildings and designated perimeter. Attempts to remove
unauthorized assets denies exit and generates an alarm condition.
IDentiTRAK can even sound alarms in the event of tampering with
asset transmitters.

Real-time Tracking
User friendly software tied to facility floor plans provides
immediate location of tagged assets, saving manpower and time
locating needed inventory. The system makes it easier for
authorized users to changed or add tags to an asset when
necessary.

Data Management and Reporting
The system can be designed to generate a variety of custom reports
on asset movement histories; equipment maintenance schedules,
lease and rental agreements, restricted area access data, and much
more.

Asset Security
With the use of IDentiPASS, IDenticard's premier access control
system, IDentiTRAK assigns assets to unparalleled asset security.
Small transmitters or tags are affixed and asset readers are
installed at selected doors. When a cardholder carrying a tagged
asset presents his or her card to the access control reader, the
door asset reader instantly recognized both the cardholder and the
asset and allows the cardholder to proceed. Attempts to remove
assets by unauthorized cardholders result in an alarm condition a
temporary lock-down, and other desired system responses.

Asset Tracking
The IDentiTRAK asset module can be installed as a standalone
system to provide asset tracking. Assets with tags are located and
their position is displayed on a PC using a geo-reference floor
plan. As assets are moved around the building, their movement is
displayed in near-real time.
Assets can be tracked individually, by groups, or by defined areas
of a building. Notification of scheduled events such as
maintenance intervals, expiration of an equipment lease, or asset
assignment is possible. Assets removed from an area or building
can generate an alarm condition and interface with other devices
can cause activation of other system hardware in response.
